General Information
Parking & Sign on
Event parking and rider sign on will be in the dirt car park at the corner of Grabben Gullen Rd & Cullerin Rd. |
If heavy rainfall is experienced parts of the carpark will be soft and muddy. Please take care when parking not to get bogged. |
Transponders and Race Numbers will be signed for upon collection and returning at the registration desk, please ensure to complete this to avoid charges. |
There is no need to display your riding license at sign on. All competitors memberships have been checked prior to the day by AusCycling |
Start line will be 500m North of carpark on Cullerin Rd |
Venue facilities
Please note there is no running water at the race start. Please ensure you bring enough water for post event |
Portaloo’s will be on sight at the car park. |
Weather conditions
The event will proceed as planned unless the conditions are deemed to be unsafe by the Race Organiser and Chief Commissaire on the morning of the event |
Low temperatures and wind are expected for this event. Please do ensure you pack adequate clothing for the conditions |

Transponder and Number return
Upon the completion of your Road Race: Please return race numbers and transponder to the sign on desk and have your name marked off. If only entered into the Time Trial event you must return this equipment at the conclusion of your time trial event |
Please return BOTH your bib number and transponder to avoid replacement charge fee (up to $160) |
All equipment will be signed in and out at the registration desk, please ensure to complete this to avoid charges |
Age Categories and Prize Eligibility

Masters Aged riders can ride in the Elite Championships as well as their Masters Age Category events – please email Olivia.forrest@auscycling.org.au upon entry to the masters category for further information |
Age Categories for this event are as per 2023 ages effective from 1st October 2022 |
Financial AusCycling ‘Race All Discipline’ members only |
This event is not open to Temporary or Recreational Memberships |

AusCycling Championship Medals |
Interstate riders can compete and win medals. Best place NSW rider will be recognised as the NSW State Champion. |
In combined Elite and Under 23 events, Elite medals are awarded to first three finishers across the line regardless of age. |
